Somehow I have lost all the Norand Mono presets from banks A and B. All those drum presets from B in particular!! Is there anyway I can restore them? 
When I had a support issue with updates and had to do a factory reset, I was sent the sysex file via email, so you could try asking the team via email.
Same here. Any chance to get a link to the presets? Or how about a sticky post?

I just picked up a used Mono, and it had no presets on it. Would love to be able to get them!

Just like a firmware update:
“The firmware is a standard .syx file. To update, connect Mono to a computer using the USB cable (MIDI won’t work). Hold [PATTERN] + [RUN] and power the unit. The [SEQ] LEDs will flash. Launch your favorite sysex program (“Sysex Librarian” on OS X, “MIDI SysEx Transfer Utility” on windows and “amidi” on linux have all been tested). Set the output to Mono, and “Delay between messages” at 1ms. Open the monosynth_VX.X.syx le, and press send. The transfer takes about a minute or two. [SEQ] LEDs will show the progress. Once the update complete, the synth will boot as usual.”

Not sure if you’re still struggling, but I think you need to load these while the Norand is turned on and set to receive via [Func] + [Pgm Rcv], not via the normal firmware update method.
Though I can’t seem to get Pgm Rcv to work on v2.0b1 at the moment.
e: Actually, experimenting with this now, I can’t seem to load these at all, even on v1.99.
“flashing” factory_preset_1.1.0r.syx using the bootloader firmware update method doesn’t seem to work, my sysex transfer app just gets stuck and releases itself when the Norand is turned off.
Transferring using Pgm Rcv appears to work - in that the transfer proceeds in the app and the Norand drops out of Pgm Rcv mode when the transfer finishes, but it only ever seems to change the one program I’m loaded on, and it’s always the same one.
For anyone who’s lost factory preset tones and patterns after upgrading to OS 2.x, these are the 1.1.0 presets which Mono converted to 2.x format after upgrading from 1.99 to 2.01r. If you’re on 2.00r I would update to 2.01r, but I expect these will work for either version. NorandMonoG1_factory-saved with 201r.syx - Google Drive
